You can check a First Abu Dhabi Bank account balance through FAB Mobile. If you hold a prepaid payment card, use the enquiry service linked from the official page for that card. Choosing the correct service first helps avoid confusing a bank account, a credit card and a prepaid balance.

Check your account balance with FAB Mobile
FAB confirms that its app supports account balances, transaction details, downloadable transaction history and electronic statements. Start with the download links on the official FAB Mobile page.
- Open FAB Mobile and sign in using your own registered access.
- Select the account you want to review. If you have more than one account, check its currency and identifying details.
- Read the balance and open the transaction history to look for the payment, salary credit or purchase you are checking.
- Download a statement when you need a record covering a specific period.
Menu wording can change with app updates. FAB also lists secure messages and service requests among its app support options. Use those channels if an account or transaction is missing.
Check a FAB prepaid payment card balance
A prepaid card is a separate product and does not necessarily require a bank account. The FAB Payment Card page links to its online balance enquiry service and describes free online access for cardholders. Open the enquiry link from that bank page and follow the instructions for your card.
Do not assume that instructions for one prepaid product apply to every salary or payment card. Check the product name printed on your card and use its official support route if you are unsure. Khaleejpage does not collect card details or check balances on your behalf.

Can I use an ATM?
FAB provides ATM balance enquiries; its Islamic debit card page, for example, lists balance checks and mini-statements at FAB ATMs. Check the charges applicable to your card before using another bank’s machine. Take your card and receipt before leaving.
What if the amount looks wrong?
- Check that you selected the correct account or card.
- Compare recent transactions with your own receipts and salary information.
- Note whether the figure is labelled available balance, account balance or a credit limit; those figures serve different purposes.
- For an unexplained debit or missing credit, contact the bank through the app or the contact details on your card.
Never post your PIN, one-time password, card number or statement in a public comment.
