If you are searching for Dubai Aluminium job vacancies, use the official Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) careers website. Dubai Aluminium, often called DUBAL, became part of EGA when it merged with Emirates Aluminium in 2014, as explained in EGA’s company history.
Official career information checked on 8 October 2026.
Where should you apply?
Start at the official EGA careers page and follow its application link. This is a better starting point than an old vacancy list carrying a previous year. Read the location on each advertisement; a company-wide search is not limited to Dubai.
The careers page distinguishes opportunities for experienced professionals, UAE national graduate and school-leaver training programmes, and students. Select the route that fits your background and check the eligibility details for that programme or vacancy.
How to review an EGA vacancy
- Read the full job description on the official recruitment portal.
- Check the work location, qualifications, experience and any closing date.
- Compare the essential requirements with your own experience before preparing an application.
- Follow the application steps provided for that vacancy and review your entries before submission.
- Keep the job title, reference number and confirmation for your records.
A search result or an older advertisement does not establish that a role is still open. If the listing has disappeared, return to the careers page and look for currently available opportunities.

What to include in your CV
Use a clear employment history with dates, relevant qualifications and specific responsibilities. For a technical role, explain the equipment, processes or systems you have actually worked with. For an office role, describe the responsibilities and tools relevant to the advertisement.
Where possible, show results rather than relying on broad claims. An example might be a maintenance improvement you helped deliver or a reporting process you made more accurate. Only use numbers you can explain and support in an interview.
Does EGA charge recruitment fees?
EGA’s recruitment fraud notice says it does not ask applicants to pay processing costs or direct them to third parties for paid application or visa processing. The compliance email listed there is for reporting suspected fraud, not submitting CVs.
The official contact page also directs career enquiries to the careers area. Use the recruitment channel rather than sending a CV to a sales, supplier or community-contact address.
Salary and benefits: what should you expect?
There is no single salary that applies to every Dubai Aluminium or EGA role. Check the individual advertisement and any written offer for basic pay, allowances, work schedule, location and benefits. Do not treat an estimated figure on a third-party jobs page as an employer commitment.
