To cancel a du Home Services connection, call 155 and choose the cancellation option. Before submitting the request, ask du to confirm your contract end date, final bill and any early-termination or equipment charges.
What du currently says about cancellation charges
The official Home Services cancellation guide says outstanding dues must be settled. It lists one month’s rental for cancellation during the contract, the current month’s rental in full and remaining router instalments. It also describes an exception for customers who did not take a new router with the new Home plans.
These instructions concern the service described by that guide. Ask for a written breakdown for your own plan, especially if it is Home Wireless or includes a separate promotion. The old article’s blanket statement about prorating the current month has been removed because it does not match the cited guide.

- Find your account number, latest bill and contract details.
- Call 155, select cancellation and confirm which service will stop.
- Ask about the effective date, final charges and any equipment-return requirements.
- Keep the request reference and confirm completion with du.
