Open the MAWAQiF digital-services page. Choose the service you need and follow the official link. If authentication is required, use UAE PASS rather than creating credentials on an old or unfamiliar portal.

Current public-parking basics
Abu Dhabi Mobility lists paid public parking from 8:00 AM to midnight, Monday to Saturday, with free parking on Sundays and official holidays unless a special notice applies. Resident-only restrictions remain in force between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Login troubleshooting
- Confirm that UAE PASS is active and linked to the correct Emirates ID and mobile number.
- Open the service from the current Abu Dhabi Mobility or TAMM page instead of an old bookmark.
- Check that vehicle and tenancy details match government records.
- If the service remains unavailable, call the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre on 800 555.
Security reminder
Do not enter UAE PASS credentials or one-time codes on a link received from an unknown sender. Government staff will not ask you to disclose your UAE PASS password.
